About Robyn, Director of My New Cat
I became involved with cats in December 2002 when a small gray kitten showed up at my sister's farm in the dead of winter. The kitten was sick and I took him home. Well the rest as they say is history. My husband named him Sputter because he makes noises like an old Harley Davidson motorcycle sputtering back through the carburetor. I still have Sputter, my gray wonder, and I have found my calling...helping those precious animals that do not have a voice and need my help. He is my inspiration. A note: Sputter was diagnosed with FIV as a kitten and is now 10 years old, proof that FIV cats can live long, healthy lives.
I have 10 years experience fostering cats and placing them in forever homes. Our network of fosters and volunteers is one of the finest and our placement rate is very good.
